I've attended the morning Deva Synergy class and love it! Shosh is an awesome instructor, and not only is the class a great workout but it also focuses on the inner benefits of yoga. The studio is new and has a great atmosphere.

This studio is the real deal. The classes are fantastic- Sunday morning flow class is a hi-light. It's a great workout and you always leave feeling energized and centered.
